Following is a high-level overview of core capabilities and optional additional modules that make up the EICON MESH solution.

EICON MESH

Metadata indexed into a multi-ology OpenSearch repository with supporting set of review and integration capabilities 

Extending EICON Search capabilities to a cross-'ology model, facilitating medical image data review, assessment, and analysis across Radiology, Pathology, ECG, Digital Photography and more.​

  •  Parse metadata for each data type and index into a set of parallel searchable repositories (using AWS OpenSearch)

  • EICON MESH UI facilitates integrated data interrogation and review across multiple 'ologies

EICON REACH (COLLECT)

EICON REACH (COLLECT) is a fully configured instance of EICON REACH specifically designed to facilitate data collection from external third parties

Use EICON REACH for fully automated data collection. REACH has two components - HUB for centralized control and configuration of capabilities - "assets", and CANs (Clinical Access Nodes) for distributed execution of these HUB-based assets. This module provides

  • Centralized control and configuration on EICON REACH HUB 

  • A single REACH CAN deployed to each external third party - CRO, Imaging Core Lab, etc

  • A Data Collection module configured on each REACH CAN to automatically collect data from designated folders

  • HUB to CAN or CAN to HUB communication model

  • REACH HUB configured to integrate with back-end data storage/management systems (out of the box integrations with EICON VAULT ECG and EICON VAULT RADIOLOGY)

  • Optional HUB-managed storage of collected data for which no back end systems exist, integrated with EICON SEARCH for discovery and review 

EICON REACH (EXPORT)

EICON REACH (EXPORT) is a fully configured instance of EICON REACH specifically designed to facilitate data export.

  • Configure the Export module in REACH and deploy a CAN to each target data destination.

  • Integrate with SEARCH Datasets

  • Automate routing of data to targets for downstream processing

EICON REACH (AI)

EICON REACH (AI) is a fully configured instance of EICON REACH specifically designed to facilitate AI algorithm analysis.

  • Configure the AI module in REACH and deploy a CAN for each target algorithm.

  • Integrate with SEARCH Datasets

  • Automate routing of data to targets for downstream processing

  • Manage results and associate source records

  • Audit Trail of all data transformations
